These terms cover using Selltrove Lite to create and manage your website. Contact hello@selltrove.uk for help.

Your account and website

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate business information. Each account can save one new website. Previously saved websites remain accessible. You must have permission to use content you import or upload, and you must review generated listings, prices and availability before publishing.

Selling and bookings

The seller is responsible for the products or services, lawful descriptions, fulfilment, customer support, cancellations and refunds. Customers should contact the seller about their purchase. Payment-provider eligibility and verification requirements still apply.

Trials and subscriptions

Your subscription screen shows the applicable currency, price, trial dates and renewal information before you commit. A trial lasts 14 days. After the trial, a valid paid plan is required to keep the website open. Manage your plan through Subscription. Requesting account deletion does not itself cancel an active subscription.

Test mode

A checkout marked Test does not take real money. Do not fulfil test orders as paid purchases. A connected test account is not approval to accept live payments.

Acceptable use

Do not publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, misuse customer data, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with other websites. We may restrict access to investigate misuse or protect the service.

Customer rights and changes

Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Service features can change. Material changes to prices or these terms should be communicated before they apply.
