Privacy notice

Information we use
We use your account email, website details, listings and the Instagram content you authorise us to import. Orders and bookings may include a customer’s name, email, delivery or appointment details, payment reference and order status. We also record technical errors and website visit counts.
Why we use it
Account and order information lets us provide the service you request. We use operational records to protect accounts, prevent duplicate orders, resolve problems and support customers. Connected services are accessed when you authorise them. We do not need your card number: payment providers handle card entry.
Who receives information
Sellers receive the customer information needed to fulfil their orders and bookings. Hosting and database services support the website; Supabase supports sign-in; Meta supports authorised Instagram connections; OpenAI may process selected Instagram content to prepare listings. Stripe or Paystack processes payments when selected. Enabled email or WhatsApp providers receive the details needed to deliver a transactional message.
Connected providers may process data in other countries under their own terms and privacy notices. A seller is responsible for explaining their own use of customer information.
Keeping and removing data
Unsaved drafts have a seven-day access window. Saved websites are retained for account access. Order, payment and security records may need to remain for support, disputes and legal obligations. Expiry of a draft does not mean every related record is automatically erased. You can request account deletion under Your account or contact us; we review remaining orders and subscriptions before confirming removal.
Your choices and rights
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict its use where applicable. You can disconnect Instagram through Meta. You may complain to your local data protection regulator, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
